Each plan drops a fresh bundle of credits at the start of every billing cycle—weekly for Starter, monthly for Creator/Professional/Enterprise. When the next cycle begins, the previous balance is cleared and replaced by the new allotment.

A request is any call we make to an AI model on your behalf—whether it’s to generate an image, produce a text summary, or perform a moderation check. Every request burns the number of points linked to that content type and also counts toward the soft cap of 100 requests per day for system stability. If your prompt or uploaded image is refused because it violates policy (hate, violence, sexual content, or potential copyright infringement), the attempt still counts as a request and the corresponding points are deducted, just as OpenAI and similar providers deduct quota even when the model refuses or filters the content.

Any credits left in your account expire the moment the new cycle starts—they don’t roll over. This “use-it-or-lose-it” rule is standard for credit-based creative tools and helps us forecast compute costs.

Yes. You can self-cancel at My Memberships › Cancel; the plan stays active until the paid period ends and no further renewals will be charged.

Yes. Under our Terms of Service, every output is released to you under a Creative Commons Zero (CC0) licence, which lets you reuse the content for any purpose without attribution.
Third-party rights: certain prompts might create images that incidentally resemble or incorporate material protected by others. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts—and any downstream use—do not infringe third-party intellectual-property rights.

No watermarks are added, and all plans let you download the full-resolution file the model produces (typically up to 1024², higher for some modes).

Yes—each request can include up to 5 reference images (JPG / PNG) or 5 image URLs to guide style and composition.

Your uploaded and generated images live on our servers for no more than 24 hours and are then auto-deleted; you can also purge them instantly with Clear My Images.
